  Utpal Turakhia went out of his way to help me. I looked up the wrong store and thhhought they were open until 7pm. But they had closed at 6pm. He saw me try to get in before I noticed the sign. As I was walking away he unlocked the door and let me drop off my package. He did not have to do that! What a nice man! I am so appreciative of his kindness!!!

  The lady working the counter is extremely rude. I arrived 25 minutes before the store was set to close on a Sunday. I had one return to Amazon that just needed the QR code scanned. She asked me why I didn’t come in earlier and why I waited so close to store closure. I told her this was the only time I could come as I have two toddlers and work full time so am very busy. I thought she was just joking and making small talk but she continued to push and say I was coming in too late. I was there in enough time to complete my transaction without holding them up from closing on time. It literally took 2 minutes to complete my transaction. She proceeds to tell me next time I need to come earlier or come on a different day during the week. I told her I came when I could and no worries I will not be back to this location. I haven’t been back since and never will. I would rather drive an hour out of my way than give my business to someone like that. Why would you set store hours and then complain when someone comes in to give you business? Make no sense to me to treat your customers that way.

  This is a ups I hate coming too they are so rude from the man to the women I only come here because it’s close but I dread coming here each time they are not helpful and just nasty

  The lady in this store is so rude every single time. Doesn’t even acknowledge you when you come in. She’s either on her cell phone or eating, and comes to the counter when she feels like it. She doesn’t know how to talk to people at all. The only reason I go back is because it’s close to home and the man is nice

  This has to be one of the worst places I've been to ship anything. All the years i had to return or ship anything. i never seen someone open your sealed box to ask you what's in it then try to upsale you to ship it. The cost went $75 to $21 dollars to ship a sneaker size box. Please avoid and go to another location to ship your goods
