- VRVirginia Rohrbaugh2 days ago5.0Every time I go to the UPS store in Seaford Delaware all the employees are so nice and polite they make you feel like you’re really welcome there when you walk in the door they always greet you when they’re done serving you they always say thank you and the one cashier that serves me yesterday her name is Brandy. She was so sweet very kind very fast of serving me very professional.

I purchased the box and the bubble wrap from inside the ups store, they wanted to charge me around $3.00 just to put the bubble wrapping inside the box. I asked the girl if I could put the bubble wrap inside the box myself. She said yes but told me I would have to leave the store to place the bubble wrap inside the box. I ask her why and she stated that it is counterintuitive to allow me to place the bubble wrap inside the box inside her store because they offer that service as a business. Then the other ups girl stated it was as if I was seated at a restaurant and asked if I could get a discount if I cooked the food myself. 100% chance I will never step foot in a ups store again
