Fortunately, Seaford Post Office personnel were doing their job and stopped what they were doing to tell me to get on the phone with the Annex department immediately. Rehoboth apparently didn't scan to know to intercept and put me on hold for 10mins without acknowledging their error. Now a new letter I sent out, certified. It's for a legal matter. The last scan on 8/17 said it will try again the next business day... the 18th, 19th. Nothing. I called 7 times over the course of 2hrs on 8/19. Never picked up. I wouldn't be stressed if it wasn't for the fact Seaford and I had to fix their mistake and laziness the first time.
