- RCRenee ChrustowskiOct 20, 20231.0I was discriminated against and assaulted by a disrespectful rude black female clerk at this post office who refused to mail my letters on 2 separate occasions. People like this should not be working customer service jobs if they are unfriendly, rude, and unwilling to help all customers.
- NWNicole WhiteheadMar 31, 20211.0If I could give this location less than one star I would. Both the manager Tyra clerk Tamara were extremely rude and condescending. I arrived shortly before 12 waited in line while 2 customers were waited on and was told ‘oh I’m on lunch, I can’t help you” excuse me, I just waited in line while you served 2 customers and you tell me now at 12 that you are on lunch. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Voicing my concerns to Tyra was a joke, she all but stated that kind of behavior is acceptable. Clearly she have never taken an IPC course. Sadly I have witnessed them both on serval occasions behave this way with a certain demographic, but go out of their way to service others. Needless to say I will be filing a formal complaint. If you can’t master basic customer service skills, you in no way should be the face of an organization.
