- JLJonathan LopezSep 20, 20251.0Terrible experience with USPS Office. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I was expecting two important packages, one of them a special birthday gift for my husband. USPS marked the package as “delivered”, but I never received anything. For three days I tried to find out where my package was: I called the number they gave me (no one ever answered), I sent emails (never got a reply), and I even went in person to the office. Every time, they gave me the runaround and offered no real solution. Finally, after insisting, one employee told me she had sent the package back because it didn’t fit in the mailbox. Nobody contacted me, no notice was left, and no second attempt was made. What’s worse, even when I showed up at the office, they didn’t bother to check if the package was still there—they just returned it without any effort to help. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and completely incompetent. They marked a package as delivered when it wasn’t, and then refused to take responsibility. This level of service is unacceptable. USPS should seriously review how this office operates, because this is a disgrace.
