He arranged pick up from the hotel to the UPS store and then arranged the delivery to Florida. As we are on vacation from the uk and travelling, he was so helpful and willing to assis us in a difficult situation. We have now been re-united with our camera for the remainder of our holiday. Nothing was too much trouble. So Thank you Huy and UPS. Much appreciated. Karen & Keith

- EREve RussellJan 18, 20261.0Package never arrived, spent hours in a loop with UPS customer service - no one answered the phone at this location where I shipped from and no one returned any voice mail messages-their recording instructs you to leave a voice mail and someone will call you back. Perhaps they will return my call in a few days. I could have walked the package across 3 states for delivery at this rate. Still without any date or time for package delivery, no communication to manage expectations for not fulfilling the expedited mail "service". Tracking number cannot "track" the location of the package.
