Rush place, alot of mistakes. They sent back my right packed parcel. Customer representative Billie (woman) said you can not to be a customer even with USPS receipt in hand, when I come with question about returned parcel in December, 20. Billie, you must be fired for that word and bad customer service!

I keep getting mail for people that don't freakin live here anymore! Overfilling my very small mailbox at my apartment complex.

The postal workers employed here are retarded. They have the worst customer service and are rude like no other. I was in from out of town And needed to cash money order while on vacation. I was told by an employee to come back later at a time that ended up being After hours of the post office. Need to say I was screwed for the remainder of my weekend in town. They either need to train the staff better or just hire new employees.
