    I had a time sensitive piece of mail due to arrive on Nov 10, 2025, as confirmed by their email digest (complete with an image of the envelope in question). However, it did not arrive. I waited a few days and then followed up with them, first attempting via phone then travelling to the post office for a personal visit. I was assured that they deliver every single piece of mail on time and that my missing mail must be someone else's fault. Today I finally randomly received that mail, a solid month late. Where has it been? Why was it not delivered in a timely fashion? Why can I not rely on my mail carrier for results or answers? Please explain...
