However, it did not arrive. I waited a few days and then followed up with them, first attempting via phone then travelling to the post office for a personal visit. I was assured that they deliver every single piece of mail on time and that my missing mail must be someone else's fault. Today I finally randomly received that mail, a solid month late. Where has it been? Why was it not delivered in a timely fashion? Why can I not rely on my mail carrier for results or answers? Please explain...

- PAPatricia A.A.Nov 18, 20251.0We had the same postal worker for 4 years. Recently (4 months) we have had different drivers. Im 100% sure the new workers are stealing our packages. I always sign up for package notifications. 3 times when it comes time for the package to be delivered to my house all of a sudden the tracking information either disappears or the mail man/mens will say "No one lives at that address " went to the post office to see what was happening and was told they could not find the packages. Uh yeah you are letting thieves keep steal people's packages. Contacted sender, " packages were not returned ." Received mail I had to sign for Myling(what Im calling her, not her real name) (Asian) woman at the counter complained that she had to scan 16 pieces of mail . I ignored her person questions and asked her to please scan my mail and let me have it please. Myling ( Asian) workers continues to be rude by reading who the letters are from in front of the whole post office. Mind you this was personal business. If this worker does this again Im suing.
