I needed in and out service for some simple supplies and she nailed it while handling other customers and the whole time I had complete confidence that she was gonna nail it. She didn’t miss a beat. She got me into the Staples app and everything. Very impressive. I don’t even need to see her résumé. I would hire her in a heartbeat and if I were you, I would promote her. Done deal! Sharp as a tack and a pleasure to work with.
- CCChangeNov 6, 20251.0The worst branch of Staples I have seen! I visited the Newark Staples center on a Friday afternoon and printed about 90 pages. Then I asked the lady at the printing services to do some cuts on my papers. She said because they're closing in 1 hour she can't do it (even though I was the only customer in the store). But she said if I go back in the morning she can get it done. She then examined the papers and gave me a quote. The next day I went in and spoke with the same lady at the printing services, and she said she can only do half the cuts for me, for no reason at all!! I complained to the manager and she was just as useless and rude, and I left the store in frustration. I went to the Staples in New Castle, and the lady at the printing services did all the cuts in less than 5 minutes and charged me about $24 and was kind and respectful. This is not the first time that the crew at Newark Staples have been disrespectful to me, but it will be the last time because I will never return. In my opinion, things at this branch will not get better until that rude and disrespectful manager is changed.

Horrible service at the printing counter, where the person barely took my order correctly and was rude. No manager to be found. Put my order in wrong multiple times and was barely listening and I told them it was for a wedding. I’m very disappointed. Staples is not this type of company. Called corporate and since they didn’t attach my files no one could tell me if my order was captured correctly.
