The staff shared their systems are down, and they were talking to me while walking away without providing me the 30 seconds to talk to me face to face. We were curious when their systems will be up and the staff said they Don’t know. I called another Staples and they shared that I can return amazing package anywhere not just that staples location. So the staff could have been helpful to give me that heads up.

I had something mistakenly sent here, so I went in several days ahead of the projected delivery date to let them know and see if there was anything I could do to still receive it (which I am sure happens both on accident and on purpose--I totally understand). I was told by an employee that it was no big deal, and that my package would be collected and kept with the rest of the others (UPS Access Point). I went to collect the package after it was delivered and was told by a different employee that it had been rejected and given back to the mail carrier (USPS). I went back to the store again today and was once again told that they did not have the package and that it had been returned to the mail carrier. I then stopped by the local post office and was told that the mail carrier who delivered it specifically remembered leaving it on a desk there with an employee present. So, something obviously is not adding up. Long story short, whether through incompetence or theft, I would advise others to be careful about having any packages sent here, UPS Access Point or not.
