- AAAlouraMay 9, 20171.0Absolutely impossible to get ahold of these clowns. I went in one day because I had to get a new mailbox key, waiting in an empty lobby for ten minutes an hour before closing time. I could hear the man shuffling around behind everything in the back, and finally he rambled out, wild eyed and confused and gave me my key. No customer service. I got a pink slip for attempt to deliver a piece of mail but it had no name, just an address. I keep calling and calling to make sure it's actually for me, seeing as I just moved in and I get mail for dozens of other people who've lived here, even though I've been here with my boyfriend for six months! I call and I get no answer! I even tried to call another post office and make sure the number was right. They gave me the same number I had. The phone just rings and rings and rings and rings. It's nuts. It's a shame I finally have my dream place and this is what I have to deal with. And my boyfriend and I both work during their business hours, so what are we supposed to do? Sorry for being upstanding members of the work force. What a nightmare!
