I'm giving this 5 stars with a COMPLAINT. I like the store and staff but I just had a weird negative experience with a young guy named Camron. If he gave me his real name. I've taken Amazon packages in over the last few months and always had a normal pleasant experience. This time was really odd. Cameron asked me why I had so many returns. 4 items. I didn't have too but I explained that my daughter's room was completely made over and some of the items didn't work with the room. The color was off from the Amazon image. He seemed bothered that one item actually fit into the Staples return box and made a comment saying that it sucked that it does fit because he has to take it. I told him he's being judgmental and I told him that its kind of his job to take these returns so I don't see the issue. The lady behind me had a confused look also. He said he doesn't get paid to do Amazon, and that he judges everyone. "Especially people that buy clothes and shoes online." I'm not sure if he was trying to be funny but it wasn't. I got the impression that he doesn't like his job and was hoping things didn't fit so he wouldn't have to do his job. He told me that I could have bought the Dog Bed in a store and not Amazon. What does he care? Just take the returns. I told him he wouldn't make it in this world with that attitude.
If he's trying to be funny he needs to work on his delivery. If it's his personality he's got a long road ahead of him. I really hope he's just trying to be funny.
There you have it. 5 stars with a weird negative review. I don't blame the store of staff for this one experience.

If Cheryl isn’t EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR, then they need to close the whole store down! I was just at this location and Cheryl was working triple duty as the ONLY cashier, ONLY customer service person, and ONLY Amazon returns person. She did it all with a smile and was helpful and courteous to all three groups of people. 1. SHE NEEDS SOME HELP, but 2. SHE ALSO NEEDS RECOGNITION FOR HER EFFORTS TO KEEP STAPLES MOVING! Kudos to you, Cheryl 💕
