Don’t expect amazing service or consistently knowledgeable staff (you get lucky sometimes), but if you already know what you need, they usually have it in stock and you can get it the same day instead of waiting for an online order. Solid for convenience and selection—just not the place I go for expert help.

Yesterday was the worse experience ever and I didn’t see it coming. The wait in the Amazon line is par for the course, after a 20 minute wait, a return customer entered and decided to stand to the right of me complaining about the service and jumped the line. Suddenly the customer service representative, from 0-100, (a new hire) became aggressive, loud, and verbally abusive towards me with false accusations and insults; disgusting. I try to diffuse the situation, but she wasn’t having it and hurled more insults. I left quietly. Although I frequently use this location and it’s nearby I cannot return! She changes the whole climate!
