    Every time my package goes through this FedEx location, it gets delayed. My current package has been delayed for four days now, and this is the second time I’ve had this issue with this specific FedEx facility. It’s extremely frustrating and inconvenient, especially when this seems to be a recurring problem.

    A package was dropped on my porch by FedEx that was not for me. Tried call local FedEx store but there are no numbers listed that will get you to a human, It keeps hooking you up to a phone robut. Even online you chat with a robot. Did the chat thing with the robot, it asks if you would like somebody to call you back. I said yes(press 1) but after 2 day no body called. There is an option to create a support ticket. Did that. 2 days later I got a text message my support ticket was closed. Package still there. Tried to ask why my ticket was closed but it just kept saying enter a new ticket. Tried to enter a new ticket it says a ticket is already entered. Package still there. I asked the computer robot if there is a phone number that will get me a human. Gives me the same robot phone number that asks if you want someone to return your call. But nobody calls. Package still there. I'm giving it till Monday if its still here, its going into the trash. I know what shipping company Im never going to use.
