Today I sat in my living room and watched the FedEx truck slow roll past my house to take a picture then claim I wasn't home.
- MHMike HJan 19, 20261.0For the third time my package that was scheduled to arrive was not delivered on time. Each time I receive texts saying the package was on the truck to be delivered. Because the packages required signatures, I spent the whole day waiting for the packages to arrive. They never arrived. On two of the deliveries, it said that they attempted to deliver the packages, and I was not home to sign. Which was a lie. I was home both days. I have multiple ring cameras that show when anyone comes to the door or walks up my driveway. When I checked my ring cameras, there was never any FedEx truck or driver attempting a delivery to my house. I had to spend another day, all day, at home waiting for redelivery of the package. Calling the customer service line is a waste of time. You either have to deal with a terrible voice response unit that just states that the package is the truck for delivery. If you are lucky enough to talk to a live person, who sounds as if they're not in the United States, they tell you the same as the VRU that the package is on the truck and is out for delivery and can provide no further information. There is no way to contact anyone in authority to file a complaint. FedEx used to be dependable, but not anymore.
