  Horrible service, if anything doesn’t fit in the mailbox they won’t even bother to take 10 steps to drop it off at your door, pathetic, and when asked why they brush it off. The ratings speak for themselves. No one at this branch cares about customer service.

  I give one star because I couldn't leave a zero. I was in vacation for two weeks. Went into post office, filled out proper paperwork. Just on a hunch, Had someone stop and check to find mailbox stuffed with mail. My daughter sent a package to me "priority".was supposed to be to me in two days. Was four days late, from Delaware to Florida. No wonder usps is losing money.

  Terrible post office, I have been waiting for my package all day and still nothing. I called well over 3 times, and there was no answer. Do better Milton post office or close altogether.

  I have received no mail or packages since Wednesday, Oct. 10th. Today is Tuesday the 16th. My packages, 6 in total, were never delivered to my address. One was returned to me by an honest person on the next block, the rest are still missing including my online prescriptions. What a mess I have to clean up and that doesn't count the fact that I'm out more than a small chunk of change. I had to spend hours contacting these businesses. These items were marked as delivered, but to who's addresses? I went Monday the 15th and was told to wait until the mail was delivered as it still might be on the truck...REALLY??? If my packages are still "on the truck" how did they manage to mark them as delivered? Is anyone in that office watching what their carriers are doing??? Just another UGH for USPS. I've updated this review as of 10/24/18. The Milton USPS found my packages and mail. The usual carrier went on vacation and the man they hired put my mail and packages in the WRONG box and that's where they sat for the week. In all honesty they did their best to find out what happened and when the regular carrier returned, he knew exactly what the problem was and it was corrected the next day. Still, there's no excuse for hiring someone that is not capable of doing the job. I've upgraded my review from 1 to 3 stars. I would give them higher, but they simply don't have enough help in that office. You can wait 20 to 30 minutes in line for a book of stamps. The area is growing, the post office is not.
