- TDthuy dongFeb 13, 20231.0This is the worst post office experience we ever had. We mailed a priority package to Kenya Africa. The front desk clerk told us they don’t do tracking for over sea. Our family never received our letters and we are unable to get a refund. For two letters inside a large 8X10 envelope cost us $35 for postage. Very disappointing. Don’t mail anything through the post office in Milton. Drive to Georgetown if you can. The clerk there is more friendly and helpful. 2/13/23
- BFB FerguOct 24, 20183.0I have received no mail or packages since Wednesday, Oct. 10th. Today is Tuesday the 16th. My packages, 6 in total, were never delivered to my address. One was returned to me by an honest person on the next block, the rest are still missing including my online prescriptions. What a mess I have to clean up and that doesn't count the fact that I'm out more than a small chunk of change. I had to spend hours contacting these businesses. These items were marked as delivered, but to who's addresses? I went Monday the 15th and was told to wait until the mail was delivered as it still might be on the truck...REALLY??? If my packages are still "on the truck" how did they manage to mark them as delivered? Is anyone in that office watching what their carriers are doing??? Just another UGH for USPS. I've updated this review as of 10/24/18. The Milton USPS found my packages and mail. The usual carrier went on vacation and the man they hired put my mail and packages in the WRONG box and that's where they sat for the week. In all honesty they did their best to find out what happened and when the regular carrier returned, he knew exactly what the problem was and it was corrected the next day. Still, there's no excuse for hiring someone that is not capable of doing the job. I've upgraded my review from 1 to 3 stars. I would give them higher, but they simply don't have enough help in that office. You can wait 20 to 30 minutes in line for a book of stamps. The area is growing, the post office is not.
- EMEmory MarshallFeb 11, 20171.0The worse postmaster I've ever dealt with! He will lie in a minute and just make poor excuses all the time. I told him to have the mailman stop driving and tearing up part of my yard he tells me to move my mailbox. All the mailman have to do is stop on the road and take maybe two steps and problem solved. I tell him he get out for multiple houses and walk further on my block. The Postmaster act like he was surprised his mailman did this. What a joke! I wish I could post a picture.
