I say FIRE them ALL & get Ppl in there that will "WORK" the Old Fashioned way, like your "JOB" depended on it→! These Ppl are ABOVE "Firing"... this is what's WRONG with Public Service Jobs. No Accountability. Treat you like DIRT & Retire off of it with 60K a year in Currency & Health Care Benefits→!

I know for a fact that they leave the phone off the hook on purpose so they don't have to answer it. Everyone there needs to be fired and replaced with people who take their jobs seriously.
- SMSean McEwenDec 28, 20161.0It's a nightmare trying to get through to them. The phone is busy 90% of the time, so even getting them on the phone is a pain. Recently, I tried to call the post office about getting mail I had on hold delivered to my home, as I'd be in town for the day but not early enough to get in before they closed. The first time I called, the guy who picked up said I had to call another number to get that sorted out. I called the number he gave me, and it was a bogus sweepstakes line. Wow. Dude, if you don't want to do your job, don't pick up the phone. The second time I called, the woman was polite and helpful. She said she would personally put my held mail out to be delivered the next day. Which it wasn't. If you need to call them for any reason, fully brace yourself to fight with a busy signal until they pick up and lie to you.
