- FDFront DeskJan 5, 20261.0Completely unprofessional on the phone. As a business we have a lock box out front of our building that we share with other units. The key we received when we moved to this location has never worked. The mailman Joey has been as sweet as can be and tried the key himself as well as tried dw40. It still did not unlock. He brings me in our mail daily. The post office blames us stating we are not turning it properly and stated that they will charge us to rekey as well as having to leave work again (this would be the 3rd time) to pick up more keys. The lady on the phone was unprofessional and dismissive. I even stated that was a horrible brush off and customer service and she did not care. She continued to state that I would have to come in to the post office again. I asked for a supervisor and was told that there is not one there and she will leave a note.
