Went to Milford post office to pick up MY package. Couldn't even call someone ahead of time to even find out if I am allowed as they do not have a direct line. I went expecting this to be quick and easy, but I get an attitude from the front desk lady who acted like I was out of my mind coming there to get MY package. She says "look at this line, I can't go spend 30 mins looking for your package" like, ok? are you the ONLY employee in the whole building? I highly doubt that. Then she says I can have them hold it for you, I said OK, can you hold it until Saturday? She goes honey, if he finds the package tomorrow, he's going to deliver it tomorrow. Like WHAT? Didn't you just say you could hold it for me. And then she just kept referring to the line of people behind me like my request isn't important at all. Absolutely horrible customer service. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! They are allegedly understaffed and DO NOT care about you or your requests.

Wow. Sounds like not much has changed at this post office over 30 years, just reading the comments.
They had an employee who was quite popular with dark hair and eyes, years and years ago. She was nice; however, she wouldn't reimburse me for violet flower stamps that had little or no glue. Every one that I used fell off the envelopes.
Also, I hope their packing resources are stocked and more reasonably priced than they used to be. Shipping costs and material costs were awful back then. I can only imagine what they must be now. Best of luck, Milford!

Completely unprofessional on the phone. As a business we have a lock box out front of our building that we share with other units. The key we received when we moved to this location has never worked. The mailman Joey has been as sweet as can be and tried the key himself as well as tried dw40. It still did not unlock. He brings me in our mail daily. The post office blames us stating we are not turning it properly and stated that they will charge us to rekey as well as having to leave work again (this would be the 3rd time) to pick up more keys. The lady on the phone was unprofessional and dismissive. I even stated that was a horrible brush off and customer service and she did not care. She continued to state that I would have to come in to the post office again. I asked for a supervisor and was told that there is not one there and she will leave a note.

I wish I could give this post office a one store because the lady that was in there today is very rude and disrespectful and don’t even work at that store. A customer would not move out of the way when my mother who is handicapped with a Rollator ask him to move by saying excuse me four different times, and all he did was look at her and all the workers did was just stare and tell me to be quiet when I told him to move
