After calling dozens of times, I always get told that it was marked as delivered to ‘stop the clock’ so they can meet some kind of deadline. But isn’t it a lie to say you’ve delivered it when you haven’t? And then, they just mark it as dead mail and i never receive anything. I’m usually very patient but this has happened with 4 packages of mine and I am over it. I wish retailers would just stop using usps as a courier for now on so I don’t have to deal with this incompetence.
