They constantly mark items as delivered that haven’t been delivered, I receive mail intended for other homes, and the response of this office is poor. I’ve never experienced such a high level of incompetence as this office!

He messed up my passport photo by making it crooked so I had to go back there then he wants to be rude while taking my second photo acting like it was my fault. Not to mention, he does everything so slow it literally took 30 minutes just to get a picture. He gotta get fired.
