- NNNicoleOct 18, 20231.0Worst delivery person ever. He never delivers our mail when it's supposed to be delivered. We will get it days later. We had a package that was being delivered he didn't even attempt to drop it off. We saw him sitting in the truck. He left a sorry we couldn't reach you to deliver your package slip in the mail box. We were home he just never got out of the truck. We also have an ongoing issue with another package being stolen within the USPS. Went to the post office with the package with two different shipping labels on it asking the lady at the front desk what I should do about this instead of looking into that issues of where my package was she just said you need to pay $9 to send it back to the person. Which is confusing considering they paid $5.50 for the item to be delivered from NJ to DE. It's just a cluster over there.
- JJjosephFeb 25, 20231.0USPS is one of many American Federal business's that needs to be revamped of ALL operation procedures, and personnel....90% of the time they don't answer phone calls coming through, makes it even worse when you're at the Post Office and you see the workers acknowledging the phone is ringing but they just let it ring. America needs Japan Post to teach them how customer service is supposed to be.
