- JJjosephFeb 25, 20231.0USPS is one of many American Federal business's that needs to be revamped of ALL operation procedures, and personnel....90% of the time they don't answer phone calls coming through, makes it even worse when you're at the Post Office and you see the workers acknowledging the phone is ringing but they just let it ring. America needs Japan Post to teach them how customer service is supposed to be.

Main street magnolia should have individual boxes for each house if the post office can’t keep track of our mail.
