- SSStaceyFeb 25, 20262.0Came in to send a package 02/25/26 about 10AM and see there's a new clerk. I said good morning, Nothing. She acted as though she didnt even want to speak to me. Zero manners. This is not a front person! She belongs in the back if she doesn't like her job. That is who the 2 stars are for. Our regular carriers are great.
- CHConnie HerlingFeb 7, 20261.0Tried calling the Laurel post office to no avail. Our carrier doesn't seem to know how to close our mailboxes. I am really getting upset. Our mail comes out of the box & on windy days it's blowing everywhere !!!

I did go in and was told I have to flag down the carrier to see where they want me to put the box! Yep that was what I was told. I asked to speak to the postmaster and was told I could leave a message. Chose not to do that and opted to call. Now trying to call in for days and all it does is ring until it turns to a busy signal.

Who ever the lady is upfront with glasses & short hair. She needs to be fired. I go in and ask her to help me with a package that was sent to the wrong address and the women proceeded to have a attitude, didn’t even check my tracking number or go in the back to see if it was there. She was VERY unprofessional!
