From the friendliness and professionalism of the staff to the great knowledge they all possess in their jobs. I have done everything here from shipping packages to getting passports and even have a post office box. They all go above and beyond and are always ready to answer any questions and help if any issue should arise. I have been coming here for over 10 years and have since moved but still make the drive to come here even though the drive is longer than going to my local post office. Thanks Hockessin post office and crew for making it such an enjoyable experience.
- NCNoah Campbell4 days ago5.0I recently visited the Hockessin Post Office for some passport renewal paperwork. Unfortunately, I had recent surgery on my right hand and couldn’t write comfortably. When I asked for assistance, the front clerks didn’t offer much help, and I felt a bit let down. However, Mark Ware, one of the mail carriers, truly stepped up. He went above and beyond to help me fill out all the necessary forms and made the whole process so much smoother. I’m incredibly grateful for Mark’s kindness and professionalism. He definitely deserves a five-star review!

What stood out to me was that my nine-year-old daughter independently said the experience felt “creepy” when we walked out. Additionally, there were no pens available at the counter, and we had to request one.
