After waiting in the lobby while they were having their own private conversation in the back , which had nothing to do with the mail, I was finally helped. I was there to pick up a package that was delivered to them at 2:25. After her finally confirming that they indeed had it, she states there was too much “crap” to go through, that it would be delivered to my home the next day, or I could come back in and pick it up the next morning. I explained to her I leaving on vacation and needed the package. Needless to say I didn’t get my package..
- RFRobin FairleyDec 17, 20201.0The workers at this unclean post office are rude, they never wear face covering during this time of this Pandemic, surfaces appears very unclean, you have to stand in the small building for long periods of times while workers chit chat, and then when they finally come the window they act as if you are a bother to them, they are horrible, the lack skill in courteous customer service. There is one worker that I can think of that is kind and courteous but the rest of that group they are horrible and again they wear their mask under chins, under noses, or not at all
