After waiting in the lobby while they were having their own private conversation in the back , which had nothing to do with the mail, I was finally helped. I was there to pick up a package that was delivered to them at 2:25. After her finally confirming that they indeed had it, she states there was too much “crap” to go through, that it would be delivered to my home the next day, or I could come back in and pick it up the next morning. I explained to her I leaving on vacation and needed the package. Needless to say I didn’t get my package..

Had to drive out to my mailbox and found the front of the mailbox opened and my box of medication available to anyone driving by. Am so tired of this constant disrespect for me and my illness. I know the person hates their job but it's not my fault. Tried calling the Post Office to complain again but found they are closed on Wednesdays. Worse service ever and I can't do a thing about it.
