- TETimothy EdgensJan 31, 20261.0So this post office is the worst!!!! Now before I explain I will say the new staff they have are great it’s the older staff that’s the problem. So recently the Georgetown post office stopped delivering our mail when I asked them why they said and I quote we only provide curb service. and since there was 12 inches of snow in front of my mailbox which had been crushed to basically nothing, I’m talking 12 inches out not high. They were not going to deliver my mail. When I stopped the driver and asked her why she didn’t have my mail she stated it was at the post office being held no notice no nothing. When I asked why she didn’t try to deliver it today she sped off and almost hit me in the process. I went to post office to pick up mail spoke to post master and she snickered when I explained how their driver almost hit me. Now my mail states it’s being held because I requested it to be held which is not the case. By the way they had no problem delivering it yesterday it’s only when we have the postal carrier I spoke about. So now I’m going to speak to a lawyer. Time to clean house!!!!!!

He’s kind funny and knows the mail business I hear he’s retiring and I will be sad to see him gone. We will miss you David

- EHEvent horizonDec 6, 20161.0I can not give less then 1 star, who ever the lady is who answers the phone when you have a problem, she has a bad attitude, is nasty and rude. to the extent I filled a complaint against her with the postal inspectors unit. so if you live here and read this and had the same kind of issue, then you should file a complaint against her. or you will be stuck with her until she retires. any postal employee who goes out of their way to try to start arguments with customers has no business working their.
