HORRIBLE DESERVE NO STARS !I have had nothing but trouble with the Frankford post annex who delivers my mail. They 1. Never answer the phone and if they do they are ignorant , rude and have no care or concerns for their customers. They have lost or misplaced over 7 items or packages and one was medication. They put the items In the wrong postal parcel and put another key in my mailbox. The deliver extremely late, drop our mail on the ground and delivered my sons Christmas gifts in the rain and it was damaged. Just last week the carrier stated she delivered two of my packages to my mail parcel when I checked with the key she gave me there was nothing in there. The manager came out and really did nothing and had no answer as to why this happened. One of the packages wouldn’t have fit inside my parcel box because they were boots yet it State they were. He knocked on one neighbor door and left. I called back and they were rude blamed me and told me they cannot do anything. The items were for a modeling opportunity in Baltimore and I lost the job and the clothes and the opportunity. I reported them to usps and I believe that the boots were taken by the driver or someone else. My neighborhood is vacation Holmes so other then myself and other elders no one is here at the time. I suggest you report this annex to USPS as they have had several reports on them. If they loose my packages again I have to file a police report and call USPS Postal Service again. Do not trust or believe anything they say and they deserve no stars at all! I lost everything because of them!
