- JMJerri Lovlea MeekinsMar 3, 20261.0If I could give zero stars, I would. Try calling and all you’ll get is a busy signal. Walk in, the line is all the way out the door. Call the 1-800 number, you’ll be on hold for 20+ minutes only for them to tell you that they are a call center and really can’t help with local questions. It’s dumb. Before I even waited on hold, it took forever for me to get to a person because the automated system is set up in a way that they really don’t want to transfer you to a live person. It’s quite sad actually.

However the location is problematic, as it is located directly next to train tracks for freight trains that cause traffic to back up in a already moderately congested area of Dover. Location is directly next to Justice of the peace court house and Dover Police station.
