  The Dover location on Dupont Hiway has about the worst customer service I have ever seen at a Staples. Waiting 15 min. in the checkout line, is way to long.

  I stopped in for a simple copy. Both machines were occupied so associate Horatio took it upon himself to manually do them himself to avoid having to wait. Great store and great help!

  Do not take your Amazon returns to Staples! On 2/10/26 around 1pm, I took 3 items to staples to be returned. The lady started scanning and putting stuff into return bags with labels without asking which item was which. Two items were computer cables that looked similar. She got confused and when I asked her to start over so they were returned correctly, she said she couldn’t. She was very rude and when I asked her what would happen if items were put in the wrong bag she told me ‘I don’t know, I don’t work for Amazon’. She then rushed me out of the way because there were people behind me but she didn’t know which item she had already scanned and still needed to be. I wasn’t even going to complain hoping there wasn’t going be an issue, but got an email from Amazon today I will be charged for an item since the correct item was not returned.

  While at Staples in Dover today, I was assited by an associate named Zack at the Copy Center,. He was very pleasant, patient and professional. ( PPP) Those 3 assets would be helpful in training other employees. Additionally, as a senior citizen, it was important that he was kind and didn't seem to mind helping me with electronic issues.
