  DO NOT PICK UP PACKAGES HERE! They harass you and call the police on you. They're racist too. I was trying to pickup my package, but the personnel was harassing me because I am Slavic. They called the police on me for no reason and claimed that I was breaking their windows. I am never picking up my packages from this place EVER AGAIN!

  Closer to us. I didn't find another store closer to my friends than this one. I can count on them to help me with whatever I need.

  On December 24, 2025 at 2:45 PM, I went to The UPS Store at 73 Greentree Dr, Dover, DE 19904 to pick up a package addressed to my wife, . I presented valid IDs for both of us, but the employee refused to release the package without providing any written policy or legal reason. I requested a supervisor and was told to wait 20 minutes; instead, the employee secretly called the police. The police arrived at 3:09 PM. The employee falsely reported that I was kicking the store door, which is completely untrue. I was treated in a discriminatory manner for being Latino, publicly humiliated, emotionally distressed, and denied a Christmas gift that never reached my home. There was no legal reason to involve the police, and I do not understand why they were called.
