I'm not sure if this policy is for this specific staples or countywide but this is just crappy policy.
I wanted to print a logbook on my own good quality paper but in this huge store selling and providing office supplies and services, that's not possible for the day at 5pm.
They say, I can leave my stuff for pickup 24 hours later.
I need to print some very specific pages on specific papers, I do it all the time at office depot on self serve printers. Here even the employees can't help me, while they sit around and tell me company policy while doing nothing.
I guarantee, if I go to a third world country with a store 1/10th the size of these I could get my job done with zest from the employees.

The manager requires training in keeping the store flowing. Went in the evening on Monday 1/5 to do a return, there was ONE like that was over ten people waiting. Back mid day on 1/6 SURPRISINGLY ONE line again with over 15 people waiting! Unacceptable! During peek times maybe staff more people!
