- TGTracy GeerFeb 5, 20261.0This review is for the Delmar post office location. My mother-in-law sent a package from Florida on 1/29 to arrive to us on 2/2 but still havent received it. I went to the distribution center in Salisbury to find out where its at and after checking, they said that Delmar hasnt been picking up their mail and that it was still sitting on the dock. They had juat picked it up and I should have it tomorrow(friday). This is unacceptable not getting it when we should and having to wait an extra 4 days. I am never sending out packages thru usps from now on.

- KGKirsten GrayDec 24, 20245.0I rarely see my neice. She does come to visit, I do go pick her up when I have a chance when my husband is home due to only having 1 vehicle. Recently she came over and was super excited to make stickers on my cricut but I was low on ink and didn't want to run out so I told her, not this time because we might need it for business. She left and not having her around and seeing the stickers saved in design space made me regret my decision of not putting her before business. So I printed them and decided to send them to her by mail. I prepared to send them and for two days I attempted to get them in the mail but didn't have stamps and having three rowdy very active boys, life is insane and I'm a mess. I even went out late at night at the last minute to buy stamps at food lion desperate to finally get them sent off. I Bought the stamps, came home got the envelope ready and took the envelope directly to the post office to the mail box outside. I dropped it in excited to get it sent off only to realize there was no stamp on it. I had totally forgotten. Mad at myself and so bummed that I messed up .. again. I went home ready to find the envelope returned to me for lack of stamp. It never came back. But today, I received a video call from my neice that she had received her stickers and she is happy. This means so much to me. I am just so grateful for the individual or people involved in doing a kind thing and making it possible for such a small but oh so huge thing to be accomplished. It's the little things. I'm thankful to Jesus mostly. Don't forget Jesus. He puts kindness in people's hearts and it truly changes situations. Thank you to whoever at the post office made sure that letter made it to my precious girl. I am giving 5 stars. And please give our postal workers a break. They work hard. My sister works at the post office and since I know all the inside and outs now, I understand the world of a postal worker and I realize we need to give them grace. Be blessed and Happy Holidays 😊

- SSSareDec 3, 20201.0Very rube front desk lady she wouldn’t help with the weight of Package . On the sheet she just pointed to like five different things that I didn’t have correct and that I didn’t have it written on the package first off I’ve never had to write on the package they’ve always giving me a slip to write on the package or they printed it out on the computer and I put it on the package . there also was another lady behind me was struggling with packaging and she would just point over there without any direction. I have never had a problem here before until meeting this lady. Some people don’t know how much stuff Weights and I don’t understand why she could not just weight the package and smack a label on it and charge me. Honestly I’m very disappointed in the service at Delmar post office never in 10 years have I ever had a problem there. I feel this lady needs to learn customer service and love her job or leave.!!!!! If I see her at the front desk honestly I’ll just walk out and find another place to mail my package honestly I will probably never step my another foot into the post office again. I still have not sent my package and I will not be going there I’m going to Salisbury post office tomorrow
