(So make note, if anyone on here posts a "rude" comment about the staff; just know that she's probably one of those "rude" Karnes that come in... and lets face it everyone, we all know there's always that ONE Karen no matter where we go... LoL! : ) So point this: This store is amazing, hands down. Always greeted the moment I walk in. They help by going over the proper steps on how to do any kind of return. They helped me change my Staples return to the UPS store. (hate going to staples) And yes, I had to pay for packing, (which was no big deal)... it says it on my return. Now I know, so next time and every time I'll just pack and tape it up myself, so this way I won't have to pay. Like, its literally that simple. So yeah, talk about patience, they got it. Highly recommend this store.
