Using key details to know they were about my order and when one is confronted (the blonde one everyone complains about) they become totally unprofessional and act like you are hearing things, instead of owning what was said. Get a job you love ma’am! And have the day you deserve.

Except for the blonde lady that decided to mumble whatever she was mumbling after I asked the lady who checked me out to not bend the books I get in my mail every month. They're childrens books that are shoved into the small boxes so they get bent. Shouldn't be any attitude for asking to not literally ruin my packages. Blonde lady needs an attitude check!
