Took them 20 mins after countless time ringing the bells... And very unprofessional, I had filled a form online for my husband to come and pick up my package. First and last name, they didn't even bother to go and check for the clarification. They told my husband "oh well your address is not the same" and "too bad you cant pick it up." and shrugs her shoulder. I guess it was 30-40 mins before closing time so they think they don't need to work anymore.. If you try calling no one will ever pick up, the line move SUPER SLOW. If you ever want to come here, give yourself at least 45 mins just to stand in line or wait for them to come back up to the front to service you.
