    The staff here are the MOST friendliest, helpful group of people I have encountered - I go here a lot and the consistency - many men here working and they are just upbeat - the services are the services you cannot compare when it comes to the staff

    The most irresponsible UPS Store I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered a expensive watch with delivery to this location (1148 Pulaski Hwy, Bear, DE). The package arrived — and they sent it back to the sender the same day without any notice and without the required 5-day holding period, which is clearly stated in The UPS Store and UPS official policies. I called, and the employee simply said: “We returned it because you don’t have a mailbox here,” without making any attempt to contact me by phone or email, both of which were included in the shipping address. This is a direct violation of their own policy and federal mail-handling regulations. As a result, I lost time, money for the round-trip shipping, and nearly lost an expensive purchase. They refused to provide tracking for the return shipment and told me to “call the hotline.” I do not recommend this UPS Store to anyone. The staff doesn’t know their own rules, acts however they want, and hides behind “policy.” You’re better off going to any other UPS Store or using a proper forwarding service.
