The lady saw me waiting ignored me and kept doing her tasks behind the counter ...3mins go by then she could care less attending me. Self kiosks would be beneficial for this. In addition, i wouldnt trust giving my packages to this lady. I feel she could care less of the contents in it or handle it with care.
