- CFCassandra FordMar 28, 20261.0As another person indicated, the posted hours say open on Saturday. However, when I arrived at 9AM on Saturday after following Google directions I discovered it was closed and no sign of activity. Luckily the Post Office in the Postal Museum was open.
- EBEsther BouquetMar 23, 20261.0I went to this location at 3:40 pm on a federal non-holiday Monday. Fully business hours. The sign on the door said "Back from lunch at 1:50pm". The lights were off and there was a pile of mail in a wheelbarrow shoved in front of the (closed) glass door entrance, leading me to believe no worker was ever in the post office the entire day. This is a common occurrence, check other reviews. When people complain about DOGE and federal unemployment, remember these lazy federal employees who don't even show up to work. I made this trip to Union Station solely to send mail. I can only hope whoever reads this review chooses a different location to send mail. DO NOT GO HERE, THE POST OFFICE IS CLOSED FOR THIS LAZY PERSON'S LUNCH BREAK FOREVER.
