The rudest person I have ever encountered in a service job. Screamed at me in front of other customers because I was confused on what type of packaging I was supposed to use with a prepaid label I brought. She was working Wednesday, April 29 around 2 PM and had an eyebrow piercing. I don't know how people keep their jobs after acting like this.

I can’t say enough bad things about the staff. The two women that work here are genuinely awful people.

The middle-aged woman who staffs the counter the most often is absolutely awful. I have never seen someone take such great personal offense at the idea of the United States Postal Service performing some of its most basic functions. She raises her voice at a customer almost every time I'm there. I always use the self-service kiosk, but I still have to listen to her ugly attitude from across the room. If she would go find a new line of work this would be a 5-star facility.

I would like to bring to your attention a concern regarding the service received at 600 Penn Ave SE post office from Ms Yvette.Unfortunately , her interaction with customers, including myself, was perceived as rude and lacking in customer service skills.

Do you enjoy sanding in line while incompetent employees take breaks or chitchat with customers instead of doing their jobs? Then you’ll love this post office!
