- RWRachael Whitten2 days ago1.0The rudest person I have ever encountered in a service job. Screamed at me in front of other customers because I was confused on what type of packaging I was supposed to use with a prepaid label I brought. She was working Wednesday, April 29 around 2 PM and had an eyebrow piercing. I don't know how people keep their jobs after acting like this.

I have never seen someone take such great personal offense at the idea of the United States Postal Service performing some of its most basic functions. She raises her voice at a customer almost every time I'm there. I always use the self-service kiosk, but I still have to listen to her ugly attitude from across the room. If she would go find a new line of work this would be a 5-star facility.
