- KWKatie WikleApr 17, 20261.0If I could give zero stars, I would. I briefly stepped out of line to complete a required task and was assured I wouldn’t lose my place in line. When I returned, employee M. Thompson accused me of “rolling my eyes,” which I did not do, and directed me to the back of an already long line. “You rolled your eyes so you can wait”. She also refused my request to speak with a supervisor. I’m not someone who typically asks for management, but this interaction was unnecessarily confrontational and unprofessional. Accusing a customer of rude behavior without cause and denying the opportunity to escalate the issue reflects very poor customer service.
