I believe there is either a theft problem or supreme inefficiency, both have caused me a loss of time and money. If you call don’t expect any help. Someone actually hung up on me while I was mid sentence explaining my package was never delivered even though the person said they did on two separate occasions.
- MMMariOct 12, 20181.0This place is disgusting. I got there early at 9am and shortly after many other customers arrived and we stood in line for 20min before anyone even acknowledged us. They were bickering amongst each other of who going to come to the front and help us. It was to the point where they using profanity and throwing F bombs. Wow, the government should shut that place down. If I could give this place minus starts I would. Absolutely disputed with their lack of care.
- JLJennifer LopezMay 25, 20181.0I agree with the review of benjamin I have the same issue I never received a package they say we going to create a case and investigate what happened but nothing happened where I live I even make them roll the camaras back to the day my packet was” delivered “but there was never a packet anyway they said that they delivered it and that was the status that they were sorry and that was nothing they could do and that took like 2 months or more for them to tell me they sorry and that they don’t know what happened , I can’t really do much about and by now I don’t care I loss my money and my time my packet was value around 100 to 200 dollars nothing that I care by now were just clothes hope who ever get my packet those clothes fits them since I never get them .
