The employee refused to help my family change our address because the DC driver’s license was “non-federal.” When I asked if that meant people without federal ID couldn’t update their address, she said yes. We went to another post office afterward and they helped us right away with the exact same documents. The information we were given here was inconsistent and the interaction made us feel very uncomfortable and possibly discriminated against. Customer service and training need improvement.

I’ve never experienced such great customer service and professionalism at any USPS location. I didn’t get her name but she was young, med complexion, and had long lashes.

I’m referring to the lady who wears the glasses w the glasses on top of her hair (u know who I’m talking about). Rudely dismisses any question you have without fully even understanding it….just NOT HELPFUL with an attitude. If you don’t like your job, find a new one. You’re in customer service and the service SUCKED.
