Today, the lady at the desk refused to serve me because she said I was being disrespectful. The only thing I said to her was that I didnt know where to put the certified mail sticker and she told me that it was not her job. I said in response that all the previous times when I have sent the certified mail the Post Office clerk had helped with putting the appropriate labels on the envelope and that it was her job to help customers with that. I have never experienced such obnoxious disrespectful behavior by a federal government employee. She SHOULD BE FIRED. IT IS EMPLOYEES LIKE HER THAT ARE BRINGING DOWN USPS TO THE VERGE OF BANKRUPTCY.

Every time you go to this post office it's either closed or better yet it's open but nobody's working. This place should literally just shut down if nobody is going to work here or if they're always on random lunch times how can people plan to get documents mailed.

I would give this post office -5 starts if I could. There is an older African American employee there with glasses who treated my sister deplorably when she was seeking assistance. He was cruel and behaved disgustingly towards her. He treated the white customers in a completely different manner, behaving respectfully when interacting with them. I don't know how he can live with himself knowing he treats people this way when his job should be to be kind and respectful to others. He should be ashamed of himself.

This post office opens whenever the employees feel like unlocking the doors. I regularly visit during business hours to find the place closed. Indeed, I'm standing outside in 30 degree weather writing this review, after driving 1/2 hour to get here, waiting to see if an employee will decide to show up and do their job.
