It looks like they cleared all previous reviews, so I'm adding another.
Water deliveries stopped in September 2025. We'd get notice that delivery was attempted and rescheduled or that delivery was made -- and yet never received a jug.
Nevertheless, they kept charging us. I explained multiple times that I did not intend to pay for goods that were never received, but customer service was abysmal. They kept tacking on late fees. The only way I got them to stop was by paying the base charge -- again, for water we never received, six months later.
Absolutely awful experience. Do not use this company.

Too bad you can’t give zero starts, unreliable service, orders either wrong and didn’t show up, had them for 2 months, with the second month NEVER SHOWING, that’s the reason for the cancellation, then a month later I was charged $50, without they notifying me, for a cooler refurbishment, but the reason I cancelled was because of them, didn’t have the energy to call them back to request a refund, as every time you call that call takes over an hour. This is why they have bad reviews, horrible service all around, could have been convenient but they didn’t make it so.

Terrible water delivery service— totally unreliable since the bungled meger last spring!!! I quit the service in June because of so many missed deliveries . I was hoping they had gotten better but this week by booked deliver for the 15th did not come and they rescheduled it for 17th and have now postponed until 21st. When I called to find out what was happening I was hung up on 3 times by customer service agents- who clearly don’t speak English very well… how this company stays in business is a mystery
to me… pity the investors and the people who work here!!

Do not use this service for local water delivery. We have been experiencing water delivery delays for more than 4 weeks with no resolution. Cannot get the brand to respond to inquiries via email or phone. Find a different service in DC.
