I am not expecting small talk or pleasantries, but basic courtesy in guiding a customer through the process was clearly lacking. The interaction felt abrupt and unhelpful, and it left me concerned about the handling of my shipment.

He even had them ready for me before they closed at 7pm. It was a huge ask and he really came through. We also called two days later with a similar request and he was able to execute as well. You guys have a gem with Justin.

We waited for nearly 10 minutes and then asked him if he could just help us ship a package real quick we need to catch a flight. He snapped at us that he was going to be on his break for another 30 minutes. We left because the last thing I wanted him to do was break are packages after I left. I filmed the whole thing. Fedex needs to fire this guy immediately.
