    I paid for FedEx Overnight service on November 28 with a guaranteed delivery date of November 29. FedEx failed to deliver the package until December 1, making the shipment completely useless. Even worse, FedEx refused to honor its own Money-Back Guarantee and denied a refund without a valid explanation. Customer service repeatedly deflected responsibility, refused to escalate the issue, and wasted my time with scripted responses. Charging premium prices for “overnight” delivery and then delivering days late with no accountability is unacceptable. If FedEx will not stand behind its guarantees, then the guarantee is meaningless. This experience demonstrates a serious lack of integrity and customer care. I strongly advise others to avoid FedEx Overnight services unless they are prepared to lose both their money and trust when FedEx fails to deliver as promised.

    Terrible. For some reason, every time I come to this place there is a sign on the door that says “will return in 15m” but nobody comes back for over 30m. The guy today forgot my order and made about 15 people wait in line while he spent 20 minutes doing all the copies himself.
