They were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer my questions, offer solutions, and ensure everything was handled correctly. It’s rare to find customer service this attentive. Highly recommend this store!

I visit this store often for shipping, returns, and packing supplies, and every single time I walk in, Nita is there running the entire store with just one team member, Michael, doing the work most locations need several people to handle. Despite the heavy workload and constant flow of customers, she still greets everyone with a smile. Even on days when that smile is clearly coming from a place of sheer determination, her professionalism and dedication never waver. I’ve been in the store enough to see how challenging her job has become. I’ve witnessed customers come in already rude or disrespectful, and I’ve seen the pressure she carries just trying to help everyone as quickly as she can. And yet, she continues to show up, stay patient, and give her best every single day. The truth is simple: Nita is the reason this location is staying afloat. Her work ethic, her consistency, and her kindness keep this place running, and it deserves to be recognized. I’m writing this review to say thank you. Nita, your hard work does not go unnoticed. I appreciate your patience, your effort, and the grace you show in a very demanding environment. You deserve recognition for everything you do. Thank you for being a real human being in a job that asks so much. I see you, and I’m grateful.
