Mins before the recording could understand I was asking to speak to an Agent. I have been trying since March to present today, to get an issue resolved with no assistance for the US postal service. I have received no help. Today i asked to speak with a supervisor. She was very unhelpful. Not professional in any way. She has no idea what the word kindness meant. All in all I've had to endured a lot of hardship..with no help. I will never refer anyone to the 1800 US postal service. They are the worse. I rate the US postal service below Zero.

I came in just before closing on Friday and saw an elderly customer being extremely rude and difficult towards her. This troublesome customer caused a massive line to form right when they were trying to close up, and kept calling Tamika “disrespectful” even though she was being extremely professional and polite. Tamika should be a role model for how to keep cool in a difficult situation. I applaud her and recognize her for treating others with dignity and respect. Kudos to you.

So I gave my package to my dad it was supposed to be sent to Iran , I call my friend after 3 weeks and he said he hasn't got it yet my dad looks at the receipt it was sent to india ! he gave them the right address seems like the lady just keyed in ' I ' and first option she just pressed enter as if there are no other countries starting with the letter I !!! , my package has been lost for 1 month !!! and they claim no responsibility for their OWN MISTAKE - the manager didn't even APOLOGIZE !!!
