Refused to take my pre-paid for flat rate box for an APO shipment claiming that they needed quadruplicate copies of the customs paperwork (that I filled out online). Completely disregards standard policies. Recommend going to Watergate where they are happy to take your package without some made-up rule to require quadruplicate copies of customs paperwork.
