Ms. Vickie always provides excellent customer service and consistently goes above and beyond to help me with my mail. She’s very personable in the best way , friendly, caring, and always willing to help. I truly appreciate her dedication and the positive energy she brings every time I visit.

If you're an LC staff member, be warned this location no longer offers packing tape for staffers who have to get through security - pre-pandemic this location had packing tape since those of us using the First Street tunnel entrance had to open packages to get through security. That no longer seems to be the case, or at least the person working today had no idea what I was talking about and told me they have no tape.

Got my stamps successfully. It's one floor down from the main lobby, turn right when exiting the elevators, and the USPS will be on your left.

This Post Office is located inside the Department of Labor Building. You have to go through the visitor's entrance. I walked all around the outside of the building before realizing this and was very frustrated. Come to find out that they take an hour lunch break at 1:20-2:30 M-F. They are not open on Saturday. I gave it 1 star because of the terrible location. Who wants to go through security in order to mail a F***** envelope?
