Really good post office. Reasonable hours, generally not crowded, friendly employees.

I’ve never had a worse USPS experience than I did today with Shontise. Shontise was extraordinarily passive aggressive and absolutely horrible to interact with.

Disappointed regarding the poor service I received at your USPS. The person at the post office No knowledge he told me he couldn’t find the address and decided to send it only to the ZIP code instead. He knows it’s gone lost but he sent it plus The staff I interacted with were unprofessional, dismissive, and extremely rude. They did not make any effort to help me resolve my issue and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner. I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect as a customer, and this experience was unacceptable. I hope you will address this matter seriously and remind your staff about the importance of good customer service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Tried to get a QR code to scan a package and the woman was truly the most unhelpful she could be. Said the QR scanner was down but couldn’t tell me if it was a store problem or a system problem, and then couldn’t tell me where the next closest USPS was. Go to the one on Connecticut and L- they were kind, helpful, and fast.
