They did not make any effort to help me resolve my issue and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner. I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect as a customer, and this experience was unacceptable. I hope you will address this matter seriously and remind your staff about the importance of good customer service.

Said the QR scanner was down but couldn’t tell me if it was a store problem or a system problem, and then couldn’t tell me where the next closest USPS was. Go to the one on Connecticut and L- they were kind, helpful, and fast.
