- MMMorganFeb 9, 20261.0Came 20 minutes before closing to drop off a package that I needed to urgently mail. It’s closed, and the package drop is blocked.

The two ladies that work there are the rudest women I have ever encountered working in what is basically a customer service role. They seem to go out of their way to actually be condescending and rude to the customers. They also regularly open late or close early. They literally have no regard for the times posted on their door. I've never seen anything like it.

When they are open they make it a point to let you know you’re a huge inconvenience to them. They would much rather talk to each other and ignore the customer. How is it possible to hire people that clearly hate working with the public, overpay them, give good benefits and retirement with expectations of no service. It’s the reason people have a very low opinion of government workers because the post office is the one Federal office that most people interact with.
