Have called customer service numerous times, with nothing but excuses. Have called consumer affairs in Richmond Va. for a week and no one answers. left a voicemail every time with no response, and was told can't file a claim because it's still showing it's in transit. USPS has failed, it needs to be looked into and fixed.
